About Role
Reporting to the Director of Innovation, the Training Junior Associate will be responsible for creating and running training to ensure agrodealers are equipped with the knowledge, reference materials, and access they need to be successfully onboarded in the trial. This is a fixed term role for 2 months or a secondment from an existing internal function.
Key Responsibilities
Develop training materials that act as initial onboarding documents and reference guides for the users within the trial
Perform onboarding and readiness assessments for agro dealers
Perform in-person and remote trainings to agrodealers to equip them with the relevant knowledge and skills needed
Create relevant handover documentation to the rest of the team and customer facing units
Qualifications:
A diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Proven track record of translating tasks and processes into high quality training materials
Strong people and communication skills
Strong ability to self manage day to day activities
