About the role:
SunCulture has experienced progressive growth and is now poised for significant scale. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch in line with company policies and standards. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening inventory governance and controls, and optimizing warehouse capacity, cost, and service levels to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Own warehouse KPIs and governance inventory accuracy, order cycle time, dispatch SLA, stock loss, productivity, and space utilization.
Lead continuous improvement and process optimization, SOP design, controls, layout optimization, 5S maturity, and productivity programs.
Support cost control (warehouse costs, courier costs, loss prevention, waste disposal costs).
Ensure accurate inventory records within systems and enforce controls: daily movement reconciliations, weekly/monthly cycle counts, variance investigation, and corrective actions.
Oversee order processing and fulfillment flow with internal stakeholders to ensure timely picking/packing and dispatch readiness.
Oversee end-to-end distribution performance and resolve delivery exceptions such as delays, partials, losses/damages to protect SLAs and prevent financial loss.
Monitor and oversee QA/QC processes.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team; Manage performance and productivity.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, occupational health and safety standards, and audit/ legal regulations requirements.
Prepare and maintain relevant warehouse records, and prepare and submit reports as required to maintain the warehouse inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in a Warehouse Management role or equivalent
Excellent communication (verbal & oral) and interpersonal skills
Experience in Warehouse Management Systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent data analytical skills.
